Shipping and Warranty

GENERAL
Al Ain Académie is an artisan brand therefore delivery times vary from 15 to 20 business days. This timeframe does not apply during promotional periods and does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Estimated delivery times for couriers are 48-72 hours in Italy and longer in other countries and remote areas such as islands.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your order.

SHIPMENTS DURING AUGUST
Our company will be closed from August 9th to 22nd. Orders will be shipped from August 23rd.

SHIPMENTS DURING THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD
Our company will be closed from December 23rd to January 6th for inventory. To ensure delivery of your orders in time for Christmas, we invite you to place your purchases no later than December 15th.
Returns of products ordered during the Christmas period (December) can be made until January 15th.

Standard Shipping: Orders will be shipped from 15 to 20 business days.

DELIVERY COSTS IN ITALY
Standard Shipping: €5 in Italy, for orders over €35 shipping is FREE

EU COUNTRIES - UK - SWITZERLAND
All orders will be shipped within 15-20 business days

DELIVERY COSTS IN THE EU - UK - SWITZERLAND
Delivery: €10 for purchases under €50, while all deliveries for purchases over €35 are FREE.

NON-EU COUNTRIES 
All orders will be shipped within 15-20 business days
